Preschool exercise books are often only suitable for right-handed people
Since many of the preschool exercise books that are still on sale today only have the numbers and letters on the left margin, a left-handed child cannot see anything when writing, even if they lay the sheet down at an ergonomically healthy angle.

As a result, many children start with the so-called hook script (writing from above) and no joy in writing can develop.

With some left-handed children, this even goes so far that they start to write with their weak right hand and thus damage their health through retraining consequences.
