Pasta machine with crank for turning on the right side

The problem is that there is only a crank on the right side.

One crank on the left and one on the right - a solution is created for both handedness and with an ejection backwards when turning with the left hand, so that it can also be turned easily away from the body.

The noodles taste just as delicious - regardless of whether they are turned left or right :o)
